Younger People in Residential Aged Care System Coordinator Program

Thank you for your enquiry about AFA’s YPIRAC System Coordinator Program. This Program ceased operating its case management/system coordinator service on 31 October 2025 .

If you are wishing to discuss a referral regarding someone under the age of 65 years, who has complex care needs and is seeking assistance with services and supports you can call our 1800 771 663 enquiry line. This line will remain open during November 2025 to help direct callers. During November, you will be able to speak to one of our team who will provide you with the appropriate contact details of someone in your State/Territory for further follow up.

Due to legislative changes under the Aged Care Act 2024, which commenced on 1 November 2025, the State/Territory governments are now responsible for supporting people under the age of 65 years not eligible for aged care services or the NDIS.

To make an enquiry/or a referral to the Program please contact Ability First Australia on 1800 771 663 between 10:30 am to 4:30 pm AEST.
