StGiles Studio Space is a new program to provide young Tasmanians with disability opportunities with arts professionals to learn theatre skills and development of ‘voice’ through movement, improvisation, character development skills as well as musical theatre.
It is among a range of new programs developed by StGiles to compliment the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Studio Space offers classes in introduction to acting, play acting, theatrics, dramatics, acting studio, screen craft for camera and acting for camera.
Studio Space aims break down the barriers which prevent young people with disability from participating in the arts and cultural activities.
